Mitchell Grimes

Hi, I’m Mitchell. I’m transitioning from digital marketing into UX to design clear and accessible experiences across digital platforms. Over 5+ years I’ve built and tested content, email flows, and campaigns for sports and lifestyle brands; now I apply that data-driven mindset to user research, journey mapping, and high-fidelity prototyping. I’m currently studying UX at RMIT and improving customer journeys at Arc’teryx AU/NZ, prioritising usability, information architecture, and measurable outcomes.
